Basic Cleaning Checklist

 

All activities listed below are part of the standard cleaning service. Your cleaning professional will perform these tasks unless you specifically request otherwise. Remember, your final bill depends on the cleaning time, so consider limiting the scope if you're on a budget.

 

Kitchen Cleaning

• Clean and sanitize countertops.

• Polish kitchen fixtures and faucets.

• Wipe down appliances, including the stovetop exterior.

• Clean kitchen floor surfaces.

 

Bathroom Cleaning

• Wash and disinfect the toilet, shower, tub, and sink.

• Wipe mirrors and glass surfaces.

• Clean bathroom floors.

 

Bedroom Cleaning

• Dust all accessible surfaces.

• Make the bed.

• Clean bedroom floors.

 

Living Room Cleaning

• Dust all accessible surfaces.

• Wipe down cabinet exteriors.

• Clean living room floors.

 

Optional Special Requests

 

Dusting

• Dust all accessible surfaces.

• Carefully clean fragile items.

• Remove cobwebs from corners and ceilings.

 

Limescale Removal

• Remove limescale and polish the shower cabin.

• Remove limescale and polish the sink area.

• Eliminate limescale from other bathroom surfaces.

 

Watering Plants

• Water plants according to their needs.

 

Dishwashing

• Hand-wash dishes, pots, and pans.

• Remove tough stains and food residues.

• Load and unload the dishwasher (if available).

• Dry and organize clean dishes.

 

Ironing

• Iron clothes.

• Fold clothes.

• Put clothes in the wardrobe.

 

Laundry

• Use the on-site washing machine.

• Use the on-site dryer.

• Hang laundry to dry.

 

Office Cleaning Checklist

 

In addition to all the activities of the basic cleaning service, the activities below are within the scope of our deep cleaning service unless you specifically request otherwise. Again, please remember, your final bill depends on the cleaning time, so consider limiting the scope if you're on a budget.

• Clean and sanitize countertops.

• Wipe down kitchen appliances, including stovetop (exterior)

• Clean kitchen floor surfaces

 

Bathroom Cleaning​

• Clean and sanitize the toilet, shower, tub, and sink

• Wipe down mirrors and glass surfaces.

• Clean all floor surfaces.

 

Bedroom Cleaning​

• Dust all accessible surfaces.

• Make the bed.

• Clean floor surfaces.

 

Living Room Cleaning​

• Dust all accessible surfaces.

• Clean the exterior of cabinets.

• Clean floor surfaces.

 

Optional special requests

You can request the following services at no extra charge. However, these may extend cleaning time and increase your total bill. Some services need specialized equipment, so please request them in advance on the booking form. 

 

Dusting

• Dust all accessible surfaces.

• Carefully clean fragile items.

• Remove cobwebs from corners and ceilings.

 

Limescale Removal​

• De-limescale & polish the shower cabin.

• De-limescale & polish the sink area.

• Remove limescale from other surfaces in the bathroom.

 

Dishwashing

• Wash dishes, pots, and pans by hand.

• Remove tough stains and food residue.

• Load and unload the dishwasher, if available.

• Dry, polish, and organize the clean dishes.

 

Watering Plants

• Water plants as per needs.

• Monitor soil moisture levels.

 

Ironing

• Iron the clothes.

• Fold the clothes.

• Place the clothes in the wardrobe.

 

Balcony Cleaning

• Clean the balcony/terrace floor.

• Clean railings.

• Dust and wipe down outdoor furniture and fixtures.

 

Chandelier Cleaning

• Clean all surfaces of the chandelier.

• Restore shine to crystals.

• Buff and polish metal parts.

 

Oven Cleaning​

• Remove burnt food remains.

• Clean & polish oven glass.

• Clean & polish oven racks.

 

Fridge Cleaning

• Defrost the freezer.

• Safely discard any food that has spoiled to ensure a fresh and healthy environment.

• Thoroughly clean the inside of the refrigerator.

 

Window Cleaning

• Clean windows reachable from the inside.

• Clean window panes and frames.

• Clean windows that are accessible from the outside. 

 

Laundry

• Use the laundry machine available on the premises.

• Use the dryer available on premises.

• Hang the laundry.

 

After Builders Cleanup

• Extensive dusting.

• Remove paint & plaster spots.

• Deep cleaning of floor surfaces.

 

Office Cleaning Checklist

 

All activities listed below are part of a typical office cleaning service, but can be adapted to suit your business needs. Your cleaning professional will perform these tasks unless you specifically request otherwise. Remember, the final bill depends on the cleaning time.

 

Offices, Lobby, Conference Room

• Empty all trash receptacles and replace liners as needed.
• Remove trash to a collection point  
• Vacuum carpeting
• Clean the drinking fountain/water cooler
• Thoroughly dust all horizontal surfaces, including desktops, files, windowsills, chairs, tables, pictures, and all manner of furnishings.
• Damp wipe all horizontal surfaces to remove coffee rings and spillage
• Dust telephones
• Dust mop hard surface floors with a treated dust mop
• Damp mop hard surface floors to remove any spillage from soiled areas
• Wet-wipe the entryway and clean fingerprints from the entrance glass
• Spot clean the partition glass
• Inspect and pick up, as needed, the building entrance area

 

Washrooms

• Stock towels, tissue, and hand soap  
• Empty sanitary napkin receptacles and wipe with a disinfectant
• Empty trash receptacles and wipe 
• Clean and polish mirrors
• Wipe towel cabinet covers
• Toilets and urinals to be cleaned and sanitized inside and outside. Polish bright work
• Toilet seats are to be cleaned on both sides using a disinfectant
• Scour and sanitize all basins.  Polish bright work
• Dust partitions, top of mirrors, and frames
• Remove splash marks from walls around basins
• Mop and rinse restroom floors with a disinfectant

 

Kitchenettes/ Lunch / Break rooms 

• All rubbish receptacles are to be emptied, and rubbish removed to a collection point 
• Dust mop hard surface floors with a treated dust mop 
• Damp mop hard surface floors to remove spillage from soiled areas
• Clean and wipe tables and chairs 
• Spot clean walls near trash receptacles 
• Clean fronts, tops, and sides of trash receptacles with a disinfectant 
• Clean and polish the drinking fountain/water cooler 
• Damp wipe countertops to remove coffee rings and spillage
• Clean and sanitize the sink
• Spot clean cabinets and the exterior of appliances to present a neat appearance
